Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund

  • Fully refundable tickets canceled on time
  • Flights canceled by the airline
  • Duplicate or incorrect charges

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Non-refundable fares
  • No-shows or missed flights
  • Failure to meet travel documentation requirements

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be processed within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 7–14 business days
  • Net Banking or UPI: 5–10 business days
  • Offline payments: Subject to manual processing

Fees & Deductions

Refundable amounts are subject to fare rules of the airline. In addition, Quickbookflights may charge a minimal service fee. All applicable deductions will be communicated before processing.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email or call our customer support team
  2. Provide booking ID, passenger info, and refund reason
  3. We’ll verify eligibility with the airline
  4. Refund will be processed to your original payment method

Airline-Specific Policies

Airlines have their own rules regarding refunds. Some low-cost airlines offer travel credits instead of refunds. Please check fare rules before booking.
